Arcadia Landscape is hiring a Landscape Construction Crew Lead to support installation projects throughout the Tucson area. This is a hands-on position for someone with experience in landscape builds who can help guide a crew and keep projects moving efficiently.

With decades of experience in the Tucson market, Arcadia Landscape takes pride in delivering clean, well-executed installations and maintaining a strong reputation with local clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and assist with landscape installation projects
  • Perform site prep, grading, and installation of materials
  • Work on irrigation systems, synthetic turf, and masonry projects
  • Ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
  • Maintain a safe and organized job site

What You Bring:

  • Experience in landscape construction or related field
  • Skills in masonry, synthetic turf, or irrigation (preferred)
  • Ability to lead or support a crew in the field
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Valid driver’s license preferred

Pay: $16.50 – $17.50 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time
