Job description

Synergy Health Partners is recruiting quality CRNAs to help build a solid foundation of patient care and customer service in Northern MICHIGAN.

Independent CRNA model; high level of competency preferred
Strong Independent CRNA: New Graduates encouraged to apply
High BMI population

Case mix: Ortho, B&B, General, GI/Endo, Ophthalmology
Required procedures: Epidurals, Spinals and Nerve Blocks

Schedule:
4-10 hour shift weekly
Beeper call; call back 20-min response time
3-weeks on/1-week off per month rotation

Facility Details:
Rural Acute Care facility
#Beds: 25
No OB
EMR: Epic and Pyxis for drug distribution

Compensation:
Competitive base comp with bonus metrics in place
39 work weeks annually
13 weeks of vacation
1099 independent contractor
License: Active MI medical license is preferred
