Synergy Companies is a full-service energy management contractor specializing in residential and small commercial energy upgrade products and services. We are looking for a new home energy advisor to join our San Luis Obispo team.
California is moving quickly toward renewable energy and gas utilities are less necessary now than ever before. People are searching for the right programs to lower their power and gas bills. We are looking for coachable and motivated sales representatives to join our rapidly growing team in building relationships and closing deals. Our representatives are not responsible for running permits or executing any part of the installation, Our reps only focus on what they love doing: Sales!!
Responsibilities:
  • Convey product and services to consumers in person
  • Convey benefits of the services being sold. You will be given all information needed
  • Comfortable calculating the services Synergy Companies offer for each customer and there needs

Territory:
  • San Luis Obispo and surrounding areas

Qualifications:
  • Ability to look presentable and speak clearly
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Familiar with Spanish (Preferred)
  • Client management experience recommended
