This role focuses on weight loss and clinical care, providing meaningful work in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Schedule:
  • Monday–Friday 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM

  • Two weeks of paid on-site training.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally.

  • Schedule patient appointments in the EHR system.

  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and routing with accuracy and care.

  • Document all communications in the CRM platform.

  • Provide excellent customer service and support administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • 1+ year of high-volume call center experience.

  • Experience with CRM or EHR software (minimum one year).

  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and good judgment.

  • Must pass a routine criminal background check.
