PRN Mid-Level ProviderSynergenX – DallasBring Your Energy. Build Relationships. Make an Impact.

Are you a people person who happens to be an excellent healthcare provider? Do you enjoy connecting with patients, working with a great team, and staying busy in a fast-paced environment?

At SynergenX, we're looking for an NP, APRN, FNP, or PA who brings more than clinical knowledge to the table. We want someone who is confident, approachable, energetic, compassionate, and genuinely enjoys working with people.

You'll work alongside our Physician Medical Directors and Center Directors to provide patient-focused care in hormone replacement, weight management, and targeted wellness.

This Isn't Your Typical Provider Role

Our clinics are energetic, collaborative, and patient-focused. We're looking for someone who can connect with patients, communicate confidently, work well with the team, and keep a positive attitude when things get busy.

What You'll Do
  • Provide patient-focused care within established clinical protocols

Required Qualifications
  • Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing, unencumbered and without disciplinary action
  • Current DEA license
  • Current Controlled Substance License
  • Must be willing and able to work at our Southlake, Plano, Frisco, Rockwall, McKinney, Walnut Hill, and Prosper locations as needed
  • Available to work:
    • Minimum 2 weekdays per month
    • 2 Saturdays per 4-week month
    • 3 Saturdays per 5-week month
    • Saturday hours: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • Must be available for 10 consecutive weekdays of training (2 full weeks) following clinic hours
Paid Training

We provide 2 full weeks of paid training!

You'll receive hands-on training covering our clinical protocols, systems, workflows, and patient experience standards.

Clinic Hours
  • Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

Clinics are closed from 1:00 PM–2:00 PM for lunch.
