About the job: 

Intentsify is looking for an Audience managner with experience in the digital advertising ecosystem to support our new B2B Audience offerings. This pivotal role shall own the catalog of syndicated B2B audiences and support the delivery of custom audiences to clients, leveraging Intentsify’s industry-leading data, including the definition of those audiences, the catalog management of those audiences, their distribution through onboarders, data marketplaces, and DSPs, and ongoing analysis of the pricing and competitive landscape of those audiences. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the programmatic landscape, has hands-on experience in digital media planning and ad trafficking, and wants to define and own one of the fastest growing segments of Intentsify’s business. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Define and maintain the catalog of syndicated audiences commercialized by Intentsify. This includes defining them as a subset of Intentsify’s B2B identity graph, preparing their marketing copy in coordination with the marketing team, and determining the optimum price point to maximize sales of those audiences. 
  • Systematically define and track the competitive set for each catalog entry in terms of audience size, characteristics, price points, and distribution. 
  • Work with onboarding and data marketplace platforms like LiveRamp, Lotame, Epsilon, Snowflake, etc. to facilitate the distribution of syndicated and custom audiences to relevant DSPs and SSPs. 
  • Partner closely with product marketing to develop and maintain marketing materials in support of the catalog, including for distribution via the data marketplaces and for inclusion in Intentsify’s in-house marketing assets / tools. 
  • Work closely with the sales and pre-sales teams to understand customer requirements for custom audiences. 
  • Partner closely with the product management, data engineering, and software engineering teams to develop and maintain tooling (both internal and client-facing) to facilitate the management and promotion of the audience catalog. 
  • Create and deliver regular reports on the sales performance of particular audience segments and the quality of data within those audience segments. 
  • Partner with the product management, data engineering, and software engineering teams to evolve and extend the data taxonomies underpinning both syndicated and custom audiences for our customers. 
  • Partner with the finance team to support the tracking and financial reporting related to Intentsify’s Audiences line of business. 
Requirements:

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: 3+ years of digital campaign management experience with an additional 3+ years of product management experience preferred 
  • Programmatic Advertising Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital advertising, in particular an understanding of the audience segment ecosystem and audience targeting methods 
  • Data Management Skills: Familiarity with discussing data concepts, understanding the relationships between data, meta-data, and data taxonomies, and the ability to articulate data structure requirements (hands-on data engineering skills are not needed – but an understanding of data is essential) 
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills across all levels of management. 
  • Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to manage details meticulously, work efficiently, and adjust priorities as necessary. 
  • Proactive Attitude: A self-starter mindset with a drive to help achieve company goals.
