Work Environment

Your primary workspace will be onsite at our rehabilitation facility in Herndon, Virginia, where you will work a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Assess patients' conditions through thorough evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with referrals from physicians.
  • Implement and monitor therapeutic programs encompassing a variety of specialties, including but not limited to orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring excellence in customer service and patient satisfaction.
  • Utilize modern, evidence-based treatment methodologies that contribute effectively to superior patient outcomes.
  • Provide skilled therapeutic care, whether in-clinic or during home visits, tailored to the specific needs outlined in the physician's plan.

Qualifications
