Job description

We are seeking 2 Warehouse Associates for an integrated supply storeroom operation in Bedford, PA.

**Role Overview**

The Warehouse Associate is an individual contributor positioned within a storeroom and/or customer location responsible for receiving, handling, stocking, recording, and dispatching goods. Main duties include receiving, stocking, put-away, and physical inventory counts.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Complete shipments by processing and loading orders; read work orders and requisitions

- Unload, receive, and put away incoming goods; check for damage and invoice discrepancies

- Accurately sort, label, move, and store goods on racks, shelves, or bins

- Weigh or count items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards

- Prepare, pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods using pick sheets; operate pallet jacks and forklifts

- Load trucks for customer delivery; verify shipping methods

- Consolidate freight for shipping; check for damage

- Enter data into computerized systems to maintain up-to-date stock records

- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, cherry-picking lifts, pallet jacks)

- Assist with inventory level maintenance and physical counts

- Follow all warehouse safety regulations

**Requirements**

- 1+ year of relevant warehouse experience (receiving, stocking, picking, packing, put-away, or shipping)

- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work orders, and operating instructions

- Basic computer skills — email, inventory systems, handheld scanners

- Basic math skills

- Strong attention to detail and safety-minded

- Available for Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM EST schedule

- Must comply with dress code: steel toe shoes required, hair tied back, no jewelry, no shorts

**Nice to Have**

- Forklift or cherry picker certification

- Familiarity with Vista, Control, SX.e, or Prophet 21

**Schedule**

Onsite | Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM EST | 40 hours/week + OT possible
