Full time | Day Shift | Great Pay & Benefits | Small Groups | Ages 4-12


We are currently hiring a Center Based Group Facilitator for our outpatient center in Garfield Heights. This is an opportunity to be at the center of childrenโ€™s journeys, delivering impactful care, while working as part of a close-knit, interdisciplinary team.


POSITION DETAILS


Position: Group Facilitator


Schedule and Hours:

  • Full time day shift hours โ€“ no late evenings or weekends!
  • Monday โ€“ Friday
  • 10:30 am โ€“ 6:30 pm

Compensation: Competitive annual salary: $60,000 โ€“ $70,000


Location: 5595 Transportation Boulevard, Garfield Heights, OH 44125

RESPONSIBILITIES


As an Group Facilitator at InspireKids, you will be a key part of our clinical team. In this role, you will provide group therapy services in our beautiful outpatient facility using developmentally appropriate, evidence-based practices. Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Complete assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor progress.
  • Lead social-emotional skill-building groups and therapeutic activities.
  • Partner closely with parents and caregivers to support progress at home.
  • Provide compassionate crisis intervention and safety planning when needed.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to whole-child care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Masterโ€™s degree in a mental health field
  • Ohio state licensure (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT, IMFT, CT, SWT, MFTT, etc.)
  • 2 or more years of mental health experience, preferably with children
  • Experience with play-based, trauma-informed, and behavioral interventions
  • Ability to build meaningful connections with children and families
  • Comfort navigating crisis situations with calm and clarity
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual English Spanish is a plus
