Technical Project Manager - Accounting Systems & ERP
Bellevue, WA (Hybrid - 2 days/week onsite)
12-Month Contract (Strong potential for extension to 24 months)
$60-$63/hr.
Join a globally recognized entertainment and consumer products organization behind one of the world's most beloved brands. As the company continues to grow and expand its business operations, they're investing in new systems, processes, and technology to support that growth and are looking for a Technical Project Manager to help drive those initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams to improve business processes, implement ERP enhancements, and keep complex, cross-functional projects moving forward.
What You'll Do
  • Lead cross-functional projects supporting Accounting and Finance initiatives.
  • Partner with Accounting teams and IT to gather requirements and drive ERP enhancements and system improvements.
  • Coordinate project timelines, priorities, risks, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
  • Document business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Track enhancement requests and system issues, ensuring progress with technical teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement scalable solutions.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional business or ERP initiatives.
  • Experience serving as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Strong background with enterprise ERP systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud strongly preferred).
  • Experience with business process improvement, workflow optimization, or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen experience preferred (Green Belt is a plus).
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience
  • Manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.
  • Exposure to accounting concepts such as inventory, cost accounting, COGS, revenue recognition, or GAAP.
  • ERP implementations, enhancements, or system optimization projects.
