Big Peach Running Co. is a Running Specialty retailer that sells footwear, apparel and accessories for running, walking and hiking. Our mission is to grow enthusiasm for what we like to call the "Pedestrian Active Lifestyle." The position of "Guest Advocate" is a retail floor position that interacts with those who visit our stores (Guests) to shop or to seek advice/consultation related to running, walking or just finding a comfortable shoe.

As the most important face of Big Peach Running Co., the Guest Advocate is responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services Big Peach Running Co. offers. A Guest Advocate is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of the company products, services, and policies.

Another key responsibility is maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, products, signage, and displays.

Guest Advocate Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guest, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding guest service.
  • Operating POS, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
  • Achieving established goals.
  • Increasing in store sales.
  • Superior product knowledge.
  • Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
  • Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
  • Cross-selling products to enhance the active lifestyle.
  • Ability to process store to store transfers and B4G.

Guest Advocate Requirements:

  • Retail sales experience.
