COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:
- Hourly rate of pay, based on relevant experience to the role.
- $5.00 bonus for each private, semi-private and select group swim lesson serviced.
- 401K with dollar for dollar match up to 4%.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with aquatics industry
- Swimming proficiency
- Minimum of 1year instructing swim lessons preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Minimum 16 years of age and American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (includes CPR/First AID/AED for the Professional Rescuer); or
- Minimum 18 years of age and American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
- High School diploma preferred
