Join the Little Fish Swimming Team as a Swim Instructor!
Are you energetic, dependable, and passionate about making a difference? Join Little Fish Swimming and help us build safer, more confident swimmers in our community! We're hiring year-round Swim Instructors for our Fredericksburg, Stafford, and New Post locations.
As a Swim Instructor, you'll teach life-saving water safety and swimming skills in a fun, encouraging environment. You'll work with swimmers of all ages, helping them build confidence, develop new skills, and achieve milestones that last a lifetime.
Previous swimming, coaching, or teaching experience is a plus, but it's not required. We provide comprehensive paid training to give you the tools and confidence you need to succeed.
