Join Our Team as a Swim Instructor!
Are you passionate about helping kids build confidence in the water? Do you want to make a difference in your community while having fun and working alongside a supportive team? The Dundee Township Park District is looking for enthusiastic Swim Lesson Instructors to teach essential swimming and water safety skills to participants of all ages and abilities!
What You'll Do
As a Swim Instructor, you'll:
  • Teach group and/or private swim lessons using approved aquatic instruction techniques.
  • Adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of participants of different ages, experience levels, and abilities.
  • Communicate with parents and participants to ensure progress and a positive experience.
  • Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment by following all facility policies and safety procedures.
  • Respond effectively in emergencies in accordance with the district's emergency action plans.
  • Support the Aquatics team and assist with additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Represent the Dundee Township Park District's Mission by delivering exceptional service and creating lasting memories.

Schedule
