Reports To: Senior Vice President, Multifamily Operations

Position Type: Full-Time / Hybrid

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Regional Manager to lead operational and financial performance across a portfolio of Class A and B multifamily assets. Managing an initial footprint of 950 units across three states, this role is designed for a strategic operator who thrives with an "owner mindset."

Core Responsibilities

Operational & Financial Leadership

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee full operational and financial performance for a 950-unit regional portfolio, maintaining "best-in-class" asset presentation and tenant satisfaction.
    • Denver, CO: 394 units
    • Cypress, TX: 251 units
    • Oklahoma City, OK: 305 units
  • Financial Strategy & NOI: Drive revenue growth, optimize occupancy, and control operating expenses to consistently maximize Net Operating Income (NOI).
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Serve as the primary point of escalation for operational bottlenecks, complex property emergencies, and market challenges, implementing swift, logical solutions.

Talent Management & Team Mentorship

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing Property Managers and site staff, building a culture of accountability and service excellence.
  • Training & Development: Establish and lead ongoing training programs for site teams, focusing on leasing execution, conversion performance, and customer experience.
  • Operational Guidance: Provide daily coaching to Property Managers on operational best practices, financial literacy, and career progression.

Corporate Strategy & Platform Growth

  • Corporate Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership on higher-level organizational strategy, standard operating procedure (SOP) development, and process improvements.
  • Portfolio Scaling: Help prepare corporate systems and property workflows for future acquisition integration and asset growth.

Schedule & Travel Requirements

  • Property Visits: Monthly site visits to each asset (approximately 15% total travel allocation), typically structured as effective 3-day trips.
  • Corporate Office: Hybrid work structure requiring 4 days per week in the corporate office during non-travel weeks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Regional / Multi-Site Experience: 2+ years in a multi-site or regional supervisory role preferred. We welcome experienced Regional Managers as well as exceptional Property Managers with demonstrated multi-site oversight or readiness to step up.
  • Multifamily Background: 5+ years of hands-on multifamily operations experience, including foundational exposure to on-site leasing and management.
  • Software Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Yardi Systems.
  • Track Record: Proven ability to manage P&L responsibilities, control budgets, and drive asset performance across varied markets.
