Skills | Must-Haves:

* 5-7+ years of US based experience

* Must have previous experience working at Publicis/ Sapient

* Not looking for candidates from Chevron

* Experience managing and dealing with global teams

* in-depth delivery experience required

* Industrial Engineering & Construction experience 

* Azure DevOps experience

* Expertise in Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban and scaled Agile framework)

* Experience with collaboration tools including Atlassian, Jira, and Confluence

* Experience and understanding of digital technologies including Responsive Design for component-based Content Management Systems, Digital Marketing Platforms and Web/Mobile Applications

Nice to Have Skills:

As a Delivery APM at Publicis Sapient, you will partner with clients to architect and develop customer-centric technology solutions that solve our clients’ most complex and challenging problems across different industries. You’ll collaborate with diverse, technical, creative and globally distributed teams, while facilitating the adoption of agile practices, including agile at scale.

Your Impact:

• Lead teams to successfully deliver customer experience and engineering solutions including experience management, ecommerce, customer data, cloud, and microservice platforms that exceed client expectations

• Identify and realize business outcomes through the use of agile methods, processes, and tools tailored for the team’s experience and client environment to ensure projects are delivering transformative outcomes

• Organize and lead ongoing team planning and retrospective sessions to identify key risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams

• Optimize delivery by driving insights and mitigation strategies for program risk management

• Enact lasting changes to the client’s ways of working by utilizing a consultative approach that focuses on defining and measuring customer value delivered with each release

Your Skills & Experience:

• Expertise in Agile delivery methods including Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework

• Knowledge of traditional waterfall and hybrid-agile methodologies, with experience adapting and bridging legacy ways of working to increase agility in organizations with low agile maturity

• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve broader insights into managing work streams and outcomes

• Understanding of design thinking fundamentals, systems design, product design, value-based framing

• Demonstrated history of earning trust and influencing stakeholders without formal authority

• Proficient with collaboration tools including Atlassian Jira and Confluence, and Microsoft Office applications

• Experience managing and contributing to sales proposals by collaborating and negotiating with multi-disciplinary teams to shape a cohesive delivery approach, team shape, and cost estimates to deliver transformative value driven proposals

• A solution-based mindset with a full understanding of the application of current digital technologies (including Responsive Design for component-based Content Management Systems, Digital Marketing Platforms and Web/Mobile Applications)

• Ability to travel frequently
