• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to promote personal growth and well-being.
• Provide individual therapy employing diverse, evidence-based modalities suited to each client's unique situation.
• Set and monitor therapeutic goals in alignment with clients' aspirations and progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Our client population includes individuals seeking assistance with various mental health challenges, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our therapists work closely with clients of all ages, providing them not only with therapeutic support but also with tools and strategies to better manage their mental health. • Must hold a current and valid California state license as a LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards diverse experiences.
• Strong organizational capabilities and effective time-management skills.

While not mandatory, experience in evidence-based therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care will be considered advantageous. Familiarity with teletherapy practices is also a plus, as we value proficiency in providing remote support to clients.
