Their main duties include removing debris, leaves, and litter to maintain clean and safe environments in public and private spaces. Sweeper Drivers must have a valid driver’s license, often a commercial one, and must know how to operate specialized sweeping equipment. They may work for city public works departments, private cleaning companies, or facility maintenance teams. Attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines are essential in this role.
