With classes starting every 10 minutes, our mission is to make fitness accessible, results-driven, and empowering for everyoneno matter their schedule or experience level. Each studio delivers a high-energy, hospitality-forward experience that keeps members engaged, motivated, and coming back for more.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The SWEAT440 Coach is responsible for delivering an exceptional, high-energy studio experience for every member and guest while maintaining the studio's professional appearance, safety, and operational excellence.
As the "go-to" leader on the floor, the Coach ensures that every member uses equipment safely and executes each movement with proper form to achieve the best results. A key part of this role is helping prospects make confident, informed decisions about their fitness journey. Coaches engage with potential members in a consultative way listening to their goals, understanding their hesitations, and clearly communicating how SWEAT440 can meet their needs. This isn't high-pressure sales; it's about guiding the right people toward the right fit and setting them up for long-term success.
This position requires a deep understanding of fitness fundamentals, class operations, member engagement, and the ability to have genuine conversations that convert interest into commitment. The role reports directly to the Studio General Manager.
