Group Fitness Class Instructor
Job Description:
To deliver a creative, cutting-edge group fitness class appropriate for all fitness levels in a preset time to meet on-going member expectations in a safe manner.
Must be an expert in the modality taught and stay current in all certifications.
Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and providing an effective and safe group fitness class experience
  • Maintaining positive relationships with class participants and encouraging club and class attendance
  • Being a trusted information source for fitness and club information inquiries
  • Supporting fellow Group Fitness Instructors by filling in as substitute instructor

Professional and Technical Knowledge and qualifications:
  • Nationally recognized Group Exercise Certification
  • Additional certification for certain specialty modalities
  • Ability to perform exercises specific to your classes
  • Current CPR/AED/ First Aid Certification
