Job description

Position Summary
The Swatch Sewing Associate is responsible for producing swatches and labeling them. Additionally, the Swatch Sewing Associate may assist with finish chips.
Position Details
  • Apply new grade labels to swatches
  • Pull swatch sets and prepare for shipping.
  • Cut, serge, sew, label, and grommet swatches, as assigned.
  • Assist with finish chips.
  • May assist in Market preparation, as needed.
  • Must follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist with other Swatch department duties as needed.

Position Requirements
  • Ability to read & interpret documents such as safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions required
  • Basic math skills required
  • Must have basic knowledge of computer programs
  • Prior experience in a fabric swatch department.
  • Cut, serge, sew, label, and grommet swatches, as assigned.
  • Good communication and decision-making skills are required
