Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager (IC5) to join our high-impact SWAT team focused on accelerating data center expansion. This role operates at the center of large-scale infrastructure delivery, driving execution across highly complex, ambiguous, and time-sensitive programs. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  • Operate as a mission critical delivery leader to resolve high-priority, high-risk program challenges
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks to accelerate delivery timelines
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, construction, networking, and operations
  • Establish program governance, risk management frameworks, and reporting mechanisms
  • Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to executive stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment with OCI's global expansion and capacity planning strategies

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of technical program management experience
  • Proven experience leading large-scale data center or infrastructure programs
  • Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
  • Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and hardware deployment
  • Demonstrated success driving cross-functional alignment and execution at scale
