Job Specific Contacts 1. General Contacts: Frequent contact with physicians, nursing personnel, allied health personnel, patients, families and community. 2. Job Provides Direction to: Allied health professionals. D. Environment and Demands 1. Environmental Demands: Hospital patient rooms and radiology department. 2. Coordinates care with physicians, patient, family and other members of the treatment team. Provides written instruction to patients, families and other caregivers as indicated. 4. Documents appropriate notes and summaries in the patient record with each treatment, contact or conference. Completes documents necessary for billing and third party reimbursement or inquiries. 5. Adheres to all terms of contract. \* Document on addendum age specific competency. Part II: Employee Performance Standards A. CUSTOMER SERVICE: 1. Demonstrates the ability to create a positive interaction with the customer. 2. Demonstrates positive communication with people of different cultures, values and beliefs. 3.
