About the Employer

Job Summary
Administrative:
Implements the Pep Squad program consistent with the overall vision of the school administration and activities program
Oversees Pep Squad program and coaches for cheer and song, creates a class syllabus/constitution for all members which outlines expectations for the year
Prepares the tryout packet and all documents related to tryouts.
Organizes and prepares for all parent meetings and works with the coaches so they know their roles in the meeting.
Has final discretion regarding all aspects of the tryout process, including the determination of team size and natural break placements
Prepares annual budget and manages the ASB account, turns in all PO's and check requests for the team
Takes daily attendance and ensures that it is submitted online daily via aries
Enters all grades and infractions
Knows who has a 504 plan or IEP and what accommodations (if any) those students need/have and informs team specific coach and gives them a copy to keep in their binder
Follows up with parents confidentially on all donations made and keeps track of the 'Confidential Financial spreadsheet' related to the budget. Checks on all Camp payments, spirit wear payments and donations made.
Collaborates with coaches on uniforms, practice clothes, and other team apparel
Works with coaches to set up fittings and work with uniform rep on timing, accuracy of orders and delivery of uniforms in a timely fashion.
Complete all necessary paperwork (athletic clearance, medical release, facility requests, bus request forms) and anything else administratively related to the program
Collaborates with parent volunteers and coaches to plan and execute all things needed for the end of year banquet (facility, certificates, awards, gifts, decorations)
