SVP, Sales and Revenue Operations Technology

Blackstone is looking for a Senior Vice President to lead their Sales and Revenue Operations Technology for Private Wealth. This role involves owning the CRM strategy, implementing AI tools, and revamping sales reporting. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, working closely with sales professionals and engineering teams to drive transformation while managing legacy systems.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Own the CRM strategy for the sales team and define the roadmap
  • Lead the implementation of AI-driven client conversation tools
  • Revamp sales reporting and analytics for better insights
  • Manage day-to-day operations while migrating to new systems
  • Translate business needs into actionable tasks and specifications
  • Coordinate across various teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Establish data quality standards and governance processes
What You Need
  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in a relevant field preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in sales technology or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM platforms
  • Experience implementing modern sales tools, especially AI capabilities
  • Proven track record in rebuilding sales reporting and analytics
  • Ability to manage legacy systems while migrating to new platforms
