Senior Vice President - Parking, Valet & Shuttle Operations
Encore Service Group is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Vice President to
provide executive leadership across all self-parking, valet, and shuttle service operations
for Encore Service Group. This role is responsible for strategic oversight, financial
performance, client relationship management, and operational excellence throughout a
multisite portfolio. This successful candidate will demonstrate deep industry expertise,
exceptional business acumen, and a consistent record of driving organizational growth
and service quality.
Executive Responsibilities:
-Executive Leadership - Establish and execute enterprise level operational
strategies that ensure alignment, efficiency, and service consistency across all
divisions.
-Financial Management - Direct comprehensive P&L oversight, financial
forecasting, cashflow management, and budget administration to support
long-term fiscal stability.
-Sales & Marketing Oversight - Guide the development and implementation of
sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and client acquisition strategies to expand
market presence.
-Bidding & Contract Development - Lead the preparation of competitive bids,
negotiate contract terms, and secure sustainable partnerships with commercial,
municipal, and hospitality clients.
-Client Satisfaction Governance - Maintain high standards of client service
through structured communication, performance evaluation, and continuous
improvement programs.
-Operational Excellence - Implement advanced operational systems, workforce
management practices, and technology solutions to enhance productivity and
service delivery.
Qualifications:

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Salary: $100,000.00
Quarterly Bonus: $10,000.00 yearly bonus structure (paid quarterly), contingent
upon client satisfaction metrics and adherence to budget expectations
