We pride ourselves on creating a model of care that other health centers can replicate, guided by our commitment to quality and service excellence.

Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a collaborative, mission-driven team. • Carry an appropriate caseload, managing a mixed array of clients requiring individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will predominantly involve clients dealing with significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and severe emotional disorders. Qualifications
  • A valid state license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Social Work or related field is required; a Masterโ€™s degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience working with adult populations facing mental health challenges.
  • Strong understanding of community resources and social service systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in hospice or palliative care settings is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and care coordination.
  • Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans within a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 โ€“ 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off, retirement savings plans, and opportunities for continued education and professional development.
