Job Summary:
GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a Program Manager with a Secret Clearance in Panama City, FL. The role involves supporting Expeditionary and Maritime Systems with technology insertion and life cycle sustainment activities, while maintaining program plans and schedules using project management software.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Support Expeditionary and Maritime Systems in the scheduling of technology insertion, technology refresh, life cycle sustainment activities, and systems integration activities, including maintenance of an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
โ€ข Update the Program Plan by working with appropriate projects, Task Leaders (TLs) and supporting organizations to maintain the master plan consisting of detailed schedules, work packages, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), milestones, and time-phased costs for each work package while managing the Program Plans utilizing Primaveraโ€™s Project Management software for earned value management.
โ€ข Collect required budget and expense data to support EVM analysis including actual labor and non-labor commitments, obligations, and expenses from NERP.
โ€ข Prepare briefing material that synopsizes report content for program reviews and other program events.
โ€ข Maintain multiple types of projects within the NERP systems to include Direct projects, Overhead projects, and Service Cost Center projects while maintaining the ability to execute NERP reports for each.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Nine yearsโ€™ program management experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or similar Information Technology (IT) contracts and technical aspects of DoD/DoN acquisition policy and regulations.
โ€ข Proven experience developing, maintaining and executing program schedules; reviewing program documents and program reviews.
โ€ข Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
โ€ข Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) certification.
