Primary Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain digital research files using established file naming conventions and storage procedures.
  • De-identify sensitive research data by removing personally identifiable information to ensure participant confidentiality and compliance with research/IRB protocols.
  • Organize and clean survey data collected through Qualtrics.
  • Communicate regularly with the research team regarding data management progress, issues, and quality assurance.
  • Perform other research support tasks as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Qualtrics survey software, or willingness to learn.
  • Interest in research methods, data management, or engineering education research support.
