Position Overview: As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in our healthcare team, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in our telemetry unit. Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data, recognizing and promptly addressing any abnormalities.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to established protocols.
  • Assess and reassess patients' conditions, communicating changes to the appropriate healthcare team members.
  • Provide patient and family education on cardiac conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
