Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our healthcare team. This position is ideal for individuals with surgical setting experience or recent graduates from a Surgical Technologist Program. The primary role involves assisting with surgical procedures in the Main Operating Room. You'll work a schedule of three 12-hour day shifts each week with additional on-call duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various surgical procedures

  • Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room

  • Prepare surgical instruments and equipment

  • Support surgeons and nurses during operations

  • Follow all hospital protocols and patient safety standards

  • Participate in on-call rotation, with a 30-minute response time

Primary Skills:

  • Experience in surgical settings such as CVOR, General Surgery, Ortho, ENT, or Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC)

  • Ability to scrub a variety of cases

  • Proficiency in surgical equipment and sterile techniques

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Previous experience in any of the following roles:

    • Surgical Technologist / Surg Tech / Surgical Technician

    • Surgical Assistant / Ob Tech / Scrub Tech

    • Operating Room (OR) Tech / Non-Certified Surgical Tech

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Surgical Technologist Program

  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification

  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
