Surgical Technologist Interns often face the challenge of adapting to fast-paced operating room environments while learning to anticipate the needs of surgeons and the surgical team. Balancing hands-on tasks, such as instrument setup and sterile technique, with observing procedures can be demanding. This internship is a crucial step toward becoming a certified surgical technologist.
