Director Of Surgical Services – International Falls, MN

  • Shift: Monday to Friday, 8-hour days
  • Hours/week: 40 hours/week guaranteed

  • Licenses/Certifications: BLS, ACLS, Minnesota RN license
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in surgery department management

Pay & Benefits:

  • Salary: $95,000 to $135,000 (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee departmental scheduling, resource management, and staff development
  • Promote a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment

What You Need:

  • Required:
    • Active MN RN license, BLS, ACLS certifications
    • At least 3 years of experience in a surgical department
    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Preferred:
    • CNOR certification
    • Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
    • Management experience of 3+ years
