What will you do?
As a CNC Operator at Norwood Medical, you will:
- Operate precision CNC machining equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Perform machine offsets, adjustments, tool changes, and machine startups
- Troubleshoot machine alarms, tooling issues, and production challenges
- Monitor production performance and maintain quality standards
- Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, gauges, comparators, vision systems, height gauges, and other inspection tools
- Read and follow manufacturing routers, inspection plans, and work instructions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve safety, quality, and production goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
