Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and maintenance of the sterile field during surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment and instruments are ready, and supporting the surgical team throughout the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the operating room by setting up instruments, equipment, and sterile drapes.
  • Assist the surgical team during procedures by passing instruments and supplies.
  • Ensure a sterile environment is maintained throughout the surgery.
  • Clean and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment after use.
  • Monitor and maintain patient safety during procedures.
  • Anticipate the needs of the surgeon during the procedure.
  • Assist in patient positioning and transport as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of surgeries and equipment usage.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited surgical technologist program.
  • Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist in a clinical setting is a plus.
