• Provide comprehensive pain management services for patients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual's experience of pain.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to diagnose patients' conditions accurately and develop suitable treatment plans.
• Perform advanced procedures including injections, nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulators, and other minimally invasive interventions to relieve pain.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, adjusting as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care, ensuring information is openly communicated.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records while adhering to relevant medical standards and protocols.

As a Physician Assistant at Provisions Health Center, you will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from children to seniors. • Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program, with a Master's degree preferred.
• Certification from a recognized national certifying body (e.g., ANCC, AANP).
• Active or eligible for full prescriptive authority in the state of New York.
• Current DEA registration or eligibility.
• Strong understanding of pain management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare teams.
