What do they do at a preop before surgery?

A Surgery Pre typically involves reviewing the patient's medical history, confirming the surgical procedure, and ensuring all necessary tests and consent forms are completed. They also assess the patient's readiness for anesthesia and provide instructions for preoperative preparation. This helps ensure patient safety and smooth surgical flow.

What's harder, RN or surgical tech?

Registered nurses (RNs) typically have a broader scope of practice, higher educational requirements, and more complex patient care responsibilities than surgical technologists. Surgical techs focus on preparing the operating room and assisting during surgeries, requiring technical skills and certification, but generally have less extensive training than RNs. The difficulty depends on individual skills, education, and work environment.

What jobs pay $4000 a week without a degree?

Surgical preoperative coordinators or medical sales representatives in the healthcare industry can sometimes earn around $4,000 weekly through commissions and bonuses, often requiring experience and specialized knowledge rather than a degree. High-paying roles in sales, real estate, or skilled trades like commercial diving or certain tech trades may also reach this income level without formal degrees, but they typically demand specific skills, certifications, or experience. Earnings vary widely based on location, industry, and individual performance.

How to become a surgery scheduler with no experience?

To become a surgery scheduler with no experience, focus on developing strong organizational and communication skills, and consider obtaining a certification in medical office administration or healthcare scheduling. Entry-level positions often require familiarity with scheduling software and basic medical terminology, which can be learned through online courses or on-the-job training.
