Registered Nurse (RN) โ€“ Inpatient

An Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive care to hospitalized patients, supporting them through recovery or managing chronic conditions. This role involves assessment, care planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform head-to-toe assessments and monitor patient status throughout the hospital stay.
  • Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
  • Educate patients and families on care plans, hospital policies, and discharge instructions.
  • Document patient information accurately, ensuring continuity of care between shifts.
  • Work with physicians, therapists, and social services to coordinate comprehensive treatment.
Work Environment:
  • Typically in acute care hospital units (medical-surgical, telemetry, etc.).
