At Mobile Oral and Facial Surgery, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Surgical Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will support our oral surgeons during procedures, ensure a safe and efficient clinical environment, and provide patients with exceptional care in a professional and welcoming setting.


Responsibilities

  • Assist the Oral Surgeon during a variety of oral and maxillofacial procedures to ensure efficiency.
  • Prepare treatment rooms according to established protocols and safety standards.
  • Maintain strict infection control standards by sterilizing instruments and preparing equipment.
  • Capture high quality, diagnostic dental x-rays and scans as needed.
  • Provide patients with clear post-operative instructions and oral care guidance.
  • Accurately document patient information and chart notes.
  • Perform administrative office tasks using a computer and dental software.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of Oral Surgery/Dental Assisting experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred. We value a friendly, patient first attitude!
