$3000.00 Sign on Bonus

Sign-On Bonus: This position is eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus. The bonus will be paid in two installments: $1,500 on the employee's first paycheck and $1,500 upon successful completion of six (6) months of continuous employment. Applicable taxes and withholdings will apply.

Required Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • BLS Certification (or completed within 1 month of hire)
  • Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities, demonstrating good judgment and critical thinking.
  • Passion for ensuring safety and exceptional attention to detail, vigilance, and meticulousness.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and superior listening skills, especially in emergency scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DAANCE certification is desirable.
  • Licensed dental assistant status is preferred.
  • Radiology certification is a plus.
