Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sewers to ensure that all products are produced to the highest quality standards
  • Train and mentor new team members on sewing techniques, pattern making, and best practices
  • Monitor production schedules to ensure that all orders are completed on time
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all products meet customer specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any sewing-related issues that arise


Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sewing, patterning, and garment construction
  • Bilingual Spanish- English strongly preferred to communicate with your team!
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of industrial sewing machines and equipment

  • Individuals may need to sit or stand upwards of 7 hours per shift. Will require climbing of stairs and walking on a level surface for periodically throughout the day. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
