Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Luna Park, embodying our values including, fun while displaying exceptional guest service
  • Distribute promotional materials, such as flyers, coupons, and brochures, to guests throughout the park or during off site events.
  • Engage with park guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner to promote Luna Park's rides, games, and attractions.
  • Answer questions and provide information about Luna Park's offerings, including ride descriptions, ticket prices, and special events.
  • Assist with organizing and executing on-site promotional activities and events, such as surveys, games, contests, and character appearances.
  • Collaborate with sales coordinators and managers and attend events, like festivals or community gatherings.
  • Submit brand-related photos to management for social media highlights
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at promo stations and throughout the park.
  • Collaborate with other team members and park staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Outgoing and energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Maintain composure in stressful situations, responding with a calm and professional demeanor
  • Ability to engage with guests of all ages and backgrounds in a positive and professional manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
