Janitorial Floor Technician (Full-Time) - 2nd Shift - Watkinsville (Hog Mountain Rd.)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 4:30 PM - 10:30 PM

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Perform scheduled floor care, including stripping, burnishing, refinishing, scrubbing and sealing floors, and carpet cleaning.
  2. Complete general cleaning duties when necessary, such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, removing trash, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and replenishing supplies.
  3. Maintain and properly store company equipment, ensuring that it remains clean, organized, and operable.
  4. Move furniture and other items and set up or break down rooms as needed.
  5. Follow all safety, security, and key-control procedures, report concerns promptly, complete required work reports, and perform additional duties as assigned.
