    Job Description
    • Direct supervision in a 24-hour Adult Mental Health Residential Facility
    • Observation and monitoring of individuals' behaviors
    • Supervising medication administration with precision
    • Providing transportation and performing cleaning duties
    • Documenting and completing reports as required
    • Ensuring client whereabouts and never leaving them unattended
    • Compliance with all company policies and annual training
    • Upkeep of the facility and reporting needed repairs
    • Valid driver's license maintenance for agency vehicle compliance
    • Attendance and participation in scheduled staff meetings
    • Demonstration of understanding behaviors/symptoms of individuals
    • Ability to intervene and de-escalate potential conflicts
    • Use of positive reinforcement in interactions
    • Knowledge and adherence to agency, HIPAA, and confidentiality policies
    • Familiarity with Trauma-Informed Care

    Job Requirements:
    • Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
    • Experience working with individuals with mental health diagnosis (Preferred)
    • Fingerprint-based Background Check (Georgia and Federal Criminal History Record)
    • Drug Screen
    • Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for seven years
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
