Job Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and professional Moderators to join a large team supporting research sessions with recruited participants from the general public.

As a Moderator, you will facilitate structured interviews and testing sessions, guide participants through established research protocols, and ensure accurate, objective data collection. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed procedures while maintaining participant safety, privacy, and data security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate active research sessions with recruited participants from the general public.
  • Welcome and communicate professionally with participants throughout each session.
  • Guide participants through structured interviews, testing activities, and research procedures.
  • Follow client-provided protocols, scripts, technical instructions, and session guidelines precisely.
  • Collect accurate, objective, and unbiased information during research sessions.
  • Maintain a professional, neutral, and welcoming environment for all participants.
  • Ensure participant safety, comfort, confidentiality, and privacy throughout the research process.
  • Properly handle and protect collected research data in accordance with project requirements.
  • Follow strict security and compliance procedures when accessing, collecting, handling, and transferring project data.
  • Document session activities and report issues or deviations according to established procedures.
  • Escalate technical, participant, or protocol-related issues promptly to the appropriate project team.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail throughout each session.

  • Ability to interact professionally and comfortably with participants from diverse backgrounds.
