Shift Supervisors provide direction to crew members, primarily regarding assignments, proper task completion and procedures. In the absence of other members of management during opening and closing hours. They are a critical part of the management team and are included in the restaurants manager meetings and communication processes. While Shift Supervisors primarily support the opening and closing shifts, they may work other day parts to ensure customers are provided with high quality food in a fast, friendly and clean environment.
