Required Skills & Experience

11-13 years of hands-on development experience with Java and Spring Boot, including experience as a Tech Lead.
Strong expertise in AWS, SQL, and REST API design/development.
Proven ability to lead multiple developers, conduct code reviews, and provide architectural recommendations while remaining hands-on.
Experience implementing Swagger UI for REST services.
Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, including tools such as SonarQube and Veracode.
Experience building enterprise authentication applications and collaborating with UX, Design, and Product teams.
Strong focus on delivering functional, testable code with comprehensive unit testing to support DevOps practices.
Experience enforcing coding standards and participating in code reviews through Git workflows.
Ability to optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
