Job description

Payrate: $24.32 - $24.32/hr.
 
Summary:
This position is for an Indirect Materials & Services Central Planner located at World Headquarters in Moline, IL. The role involves converting requisitions and shopping carts into purchase orders, resolving various order and invoice issues, and providing support and training to suppliers and internal stakeholders. Onsite presence in Moline, IL is required, and client sponsorship is not available for this position.
 
Responsibilities
  • Convert requisitions and shopping carts to purchase orders.
  • Resolve blocked invoices, delinquent orders, PO transmission, and shopping cart errors.
  • Educate, train, and provide on-demand customer support to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Execute Annual Framework process.
 
Qualifications
  • 1 or more years of Supply Management & Logistics experience.
  • 1 or more years of SAP Materials Management experience.
  • 1 or more years of Customer Service experience.
  • Effective communication skills (written/verbal).
  • Efficiency with Microsoft Office products.
 
Skills
  • Procure to Pay experience (Req. to Purchase order).
  • Knowledge/experience with Supply Network applications.
  • Data & analytics experience using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $24.32 - $24.32/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Sick leave and mobile phone reimbursement provided based on state or local law.
