A growing CPG company is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to join its Supply Chain organization. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a fast-paced business by helping improve inventory planning, supply chain performance, and operational decision making. The ideal candidate combines strong supply planning experience with excellent analytical skills and enjoys working in an environment where they can solve complex business challenges, influence decisions, and help build scalable processes.

Supply Planning Manager Responsibilities:

  • Support inventory planning and supply chain initiatives across a diverse product portfolio.
  • Analyze planning data and develop recommendations that improve inventory performance and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to support planning decisions and business objectives.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and provide actionable insights.
  • Help improve planning processes, reporting capabilities, and operational effectiveness.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain organization.
  • Work independently while collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

Supply Planning Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience within supply planning, inventory planning, or supply chain planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a high level of comfort working with data.
  • Experience supporting inventory planning within a consumer products, manufacturing, retail, or ecommerce environment.
