As a Supply Chain Technician, you'll help keep hospital operations running smoothly by managing supplies, equipment, and inventory across multiple departments and outpatient clinics.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Receive, unload, verify, and distribute medical supplies throughout the hospital and clinics

Transport supplies, equipment, medical records, lab specimens, blood products, oxygen tanks, and other essential materials

Maintain inventory levels by stocking bedside carts, supply rooms, cabinets, and clinical areas

Perform cycle counts, rotate inventory, remove expired products, and ensure accurate stock levels

Utilize inventory systems such as Workday MMIS, Par Excellence, and WD Mobile

Organize and maintain clean, compliant supply rooms according to healthcare standards

Support product recalls, returns, and inventory discrepancy resolution

Clean and inspect patient care equipment and report maintenance concerns

Partner with clinical teams to optimize supply availability and improve workflows

Assist with onboarding and training of new team members 🤝

Participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and operational excellence

High School Diploma, GED, or HSED

Strong organizational and time-management skills
